Recently, a joint research team from Tianjin Municipal Bureau of Commerce and Tianjin Port visited TZST for inspection and research. The management team of TZST, including Chairman Zhou Shangyong, Deputy General Manager Yang Huan, Chairman Assistant Wang Yan, and Foreign Trade Director Liu Shuning, warmly received the team and accompanied them throughout the communication. The research team went deep into TZST’s R&D center and intelligent production workshop, and learned in detail about the company’s R&D progress, production processes and quality control system in commercial vehicle power batteries, especially in key technologies such as cold-start in alpine environments and long-duration parking power supply. The leaders focused on the performance indicators, safety standards of the battery products and their adaptability in scenarios such as port transportation and heavy freight.
TZST systematically reported to the research team its development history as a “Specialized, Sophisticated, Unique and New” enterprise in Tianjin, and demonstrated the achievements made in core technology research, industry-university-research cooperation and intellectual property system construction. The two sides conducted pragmatic and in-depth discussions on topics including Tianjin’s new energy industry layout, port green transformation and upgrading, application of new energy commercial vehicles in the logistics collection and distribution system, facilitation support for foreign trade export of power batteries, and how to strengthen the resilience of local supply chains.
